Information is stored on our secure databases. We do not process or share any of your conversations.

User – PHP and WP Version:

We do not have access to or collect any information about TNTT users. This information is only stored on your own server and is not transmitted back to TNTT.

Users – Cloud Version:

Information is stored on our secure databases. We do not process or share any of your conversations.

Other information – PHP and WP versions:

We do not have access to and do not collect any information transmitted through or created by TNTT.

Slack:

When you sync TNNT with Slack (https://slack.com/), we collect the following personal information: team_id, channel_id, access_token, your website URL, purchase code, Slack email, Slack name, Slack avatars of your Slack team members. This data is sent to us only once when you sync Slack. By voluntarily providing us with Information Account, you represent that you are the owner of that personal information or are authorized to provide it to us. All Service Data is subject to our technical safeguards as more fully described in Terms of Service our. When using Slack with TNNT, messages, attachments, and any other content sent from Slack will be sent to our servers and forwarded to your website. No data is stored on our servers.

Dialogflow and Google:

When you sync TNNT with Dialogflow (https://dialogflow.com/) to use the Dialogflow Bot, or Google services such as language translation, we collect the following personal information: refresh token, email, photo, locale, avatar. By voluntarily providing us with Information Account, you represent that you are the owner of that personal information or are authorized to provide it to us. All Service Data is subject to our technical safeguards as more fully described in Terms of Service our. When using Dialogflow with TNNT, only the Refresh Code (a string of letters and numbers) is sent to our servers. No other data is sent or stored on our servers. Messenger:

When you sync TNNT with Facebook Messenger (https://www.messenger.com/), we collect the following personal information: page token, page ID. By voluntarily providing us with Information Account, you represent that you are the owner of that personal information or are authorized to provide it to us. All Service Data is subject to our technical safeguards as more fully described in Terms of Service our. When using Facebook Messenger with TNNT, messages, attachments and any other type of messages sent from Messenger will be sent to our servers and forwarded to your website. Other applications and integrations:

When you sync TNNT With other external services, you share information with that external service in accordance with the Terms of Service of that service.

Data Retention Policy:

The types of information covered by this policy are text information such as your email address. We do not retain other types of data relating to you.

We do not have a time limit for how long we retain your information. However, you may contact with us here and request that your information be permanently deleted from our systems and databases. We will delete your information within 7 days of receiving your request.

4. Limit Advertising: We do not use sensitive data, message content, files or personal information from affiliated services for advertising or targeting purposes. Except with your permission.
