1. Terms of Service

This is a contract between you and TNNT (referred to as “website”, “TNNT”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the unit providing websites and services of the system TNNT accessible from domains chatbot.tnnt.vn, tnnt.vn, all subdomains of tnnt.vn and other websites by TNNT own or operate.

You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the TNTT Services. In this document, “you” refers to both you personally and the organization you represent. If you violate any of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account or block your access without notice.

2. Your Account

2.1. Account must be registered by a human

Accounts created by “bots” or automated methods are not allowed. Additionally, you must be 16 years of age or older.

2.2. Provide accurate information

You must provide a valid and regular email address, along with other information requested during the registration process by TNNT. Each individual or legal entity is only allowed to use one free account.

2.3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this confidentiality obligation. Personally identifiable information you provide will be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy our.

2.4. Fair Use

You may not use the TNTT Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When using the Service, you must comply with the laws in your area, including but not limited to:

• Distribute viruses, time bombs, trap doors, or malicious code that disrupts systems.
• Hide, obscure, or remove notices or warnings on the TNTT Service.
• Interfere with or bypass security features or usage restrictions.
• Violate the intellectual property rights, privacy or image rights of others.
• Acts of fraud, harassment, insult, impersonation or harm to others as assessed by TNTT.

3. Payment and refund:

We may activate your account manually or automatically via a valid credit or debit card or your PayPal account. The TNTT software is prepaid according to our pricing schedule. In order to treat everyone equally, we will not make exceptions. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by any taxing authority, and you will be responsible for all such taxes, levies or duties, excluding only United States income tax (federal or state). You agree to pay any taxes that may apply to your use of TNTT or payments you make in connection with your use of TNTT.

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

4. Handling of Terms of Service Violations

TNNT reserves the right to investigate any violation of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service and to take such legal action as may be necessary to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies to take action against violators.

In any case that TNNT If we believe that you have violated the Terms of Service or that the content you create is inappropriate, we reserve the right to delete the data, account or related content without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. Such termination may include disabling or deleting your account, denying access to the system, and deleting all content stored in your account.

5. Slack App

Slack is completely free, with no recurring fees. However, TNNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time if deemed necessary. The main reason for stopping the service is due to the number of messages sent/received exceeding the allowed limit.

Even though the Slack integration is free, it requires our servers to process all the messages in order to function, which incurs costs that we have to cover.

In case of service interruption:

5.1. Prior Notice

We will proactively contact you before suspending service to notify you and discuss appropriate solutions.

5.2. Support for continued use

We will provide technical documentation so you can continue using the Slack app without going through our servers. TNNT, or a full refund of what you paid for the Slack app (if applicable).

6. Messenger App

The Messenger app is also free and has no recurring fees. However, similar to Slack, TNNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time if deemed necessary, especially in cases where the system must process a large volume of messages sent/received beyond its capacity.

Messenger integration is free, but it still consumes system resources because it has to process each message for the service to operate stably, and this cost is paid by us.

In case of service interruption:

6.1. Prior Notice

We will notify you in advance and work together to find a suitable solution to maintain your user experience.

6.2. Support for continued use

We will provide technical documentation so you can continue to use the standalone Messenger app without using our servers. TNNT, or a full refund of any payments you made for the Messenger app (if applicable).

7. Intellectual property rights and content copyright

All content in the software TNNT are copyright protected. Brand Name TNNT and related logos are the exclusive property of TNNT and may not be used without our written consent.

You may not copy, duplicate, sell, share, distribute or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS/PHP/JS source code or interface design elements from the software. TNNT, TNTT's integrated applications (Slack, Dialogflow, Woocommerce, and all other applications/extensions), or from the website https://chatbot.tnnt.vn without our written permission.

Use of the services or software of TNNT does not mean that you are granted ownership of any intellectual property related to the product.

Each license only allows you to install and use the software. TNNT on one (01) website or domain name.

Friend ARE NOT permission to distribute or resell the software TNNT (or any component thereof), as a downloadable product or as software that can be installed on a customer's server.

Friend ARE NOT allowed to allow its customers to download software TNNT or any part thereof.

8. User Termination of Service

You have the right to terminate your subscription to the service. TNNT under different conditions, depending on whether the subscription is monthly or annual.

Monthly Subscription:

If you pay a service fee TNNT month-to-month, the termination will be effective on the first day of the next period following the month in which you submit your cancellation request. For example, if you sign up on April 10 and submit your cancellation request on May 15, the cancellation will be effective on June 10.

Annual subscription:

If you pay a service fee TNNT yearly, the termination will be effective on the first day of the following year from the billing cycle. For example, if you sign up on January 1, 2021 and submit a cancellation request on August 15, 2021, the cancellation will be effective on January 1, 2022.

You may continue to use the software and license. TNNT until the effective date of termination. Since service usage is calculated on a fixed cycle (monthly or yearly), TNTT does not refund fees in any case, whether monthly or yearly package.

You are not entitled to request early termination of the service based on your own violation of the Terms of Use, especially inaccurate information provided by you.

How to terminate:

You can cancel your subscription yourself by clicking the button “Unsubscribe” in the section “Membership” at account page https://chatbot.tnnt.vn/account?tab=membership.

Stop auto top-up:

You can turn off the automatic top-up feature by unchecking the box. “Auto load” at the section “Membership” on the account page https://chatbot.tnnt.vn/account?tab=membership.

9. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and fully agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the service. TNNT.

While security is our top priority, you must accept that any information you send or receive while using the service TNNT may not be completely secure and may be subject to unauthorized access or collection by third parties.

You agree that your use of the software TNNT is entirely voluntary and may contain errors or weaknesses that put your information system at risk of being compromised or compromised.

You are solely responsible for the security of your systems, programs and data; as well as the configuration of the devices, software and platforms used to access the service. TNNT.

You are also solely responsible for any use of the software. TNNT, including any illegal statements or information transmitted through the platform. In particular, you undertake not to engage in the following acts:

• Use TNNT for any purpose other than your own business.
• Use or attempt to use the TNTT software in an offensive, abusive or unlawful manner, including posting or using inappropriate language.
• Posting or attempting to post copyrighted content without the owner's permission.
• Use or attempt to use the TNTT software through an automated program (bot, spider or other automated tool).
• Interfere with the normal operation of TNTT software or attempt to bypass content protection or filtering measures.
• Without an Envato Extended License, you may not knowingly copy, modify, merge, redistribute, transfer, decompile, compile the source code of, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of, the TNTT software.
• Infringe or attempt to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret owned by TNNT.
• Distribute viruses, Trojans or other malicious software intended to damage the system.

Finally, you understand and agree that TNNT nor its suppliers or licensors shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of property, profits, data, goodwill, or expenses, arising under any circumstances (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Causes include but are not limited to: use or inability to use the TNTT software; unauthorized access to data; technical errors; user errors; service interruptions; processing delays; or any other third party misconduct.

In the rare event that TNNT is found liable by a court of law, you agree that the total amount of compensation payable by TNNT will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of commencement of the action.

10. Fees and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or otherwise notified in writing by TNNT, all quotes are non-binding and may be adjusted at any time, especially when additional information is subsequently provided.

Payment obligations are non-cancellable and any service fees, taxes, or purchases paid are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for timely payment of fees by one of the following payment methods:

• Credit card: If you pay by credit card, you confirm that you have the authority to use that card, consent to us or an authorized payment processor automatically charging the card, and warrant that the transaction will not be declined.
• Automatic debit: If you use direct debit or automatic payment, you confirm that you have the right to use this method, consent to us or a third party payment processor making the debit, and warrant that the transaction will not be declined. TNTT reserves the right to require you to set up automatic payment in order to continue using the service.

When registering for a service package of TNNT, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees indicated.

By enabling the “Auto Recharge” option for TNTT’s credit system, you agree to let TNTT charge you automatically and periodically without further confirmation.

You acknowledge that failure to pay the fee on time will result in termination of your Agent version rights. TNNT.
